03/MethodologyHow a vial reaches you

The vial in your hand was tested before it was packed.

No compound leaves the lab without a Certificate of Analysis. Every batch is shipped 2–8 °C in insulated, gel-pack lined boxes, signed for on receipt. The methodology below is the same on every order.

3.1 / TEST

Independent testing.

Reverse-phase HPLC and mass spectrometry by accredited US partner labs. Purity, identity, residual solvents, water content. Two labs cross-validate every release.

3.2 / PUBLISH

Public CoA.

Every Certificate of Analysis is published the day the batch is released — linked from the product page, the order email, and the invoice. Permanent URLs; nothing hidden.

05/Frequently askedSix questions, plain answers
5.1
Where are the peptides synthesized and who tests them?
Synthesis happens in our United States partner facility. Testing is done independently by two accredited laboratories — one runs HPLC, the second runs mass spectrometry, and we publish both reports as part of every Certificate of Analysis.
5.2
What does the Certificate of Analysis contain?
Identity, purity (HPLC area %), mass spec confirmation, residual solvents, water content, appearance, and batch metadata. Permanent URL, public, archived.
5.3
How is cold-chain handled in transit?
Insulated polystyrene with frozen gel packs, tracked next-day shipping from the US, signed-for delivery on every order.
5.4
Do you ship outside the United States?
Domestic US shipping only at this time.
5.5
What happens if a vial arrives damaged or warm?
Photograph on arrival and email support within 24 hours. We will replace the order at no cost — no questions.
5.6
Can I get a previous batch's CoA after the batch has sold out?
Yes. Every CoA URL is permanent and indexed in the public archive linked from your invoice.
