Shipping
Veristas ships from the United States to all US states. Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.
- Standard shipping: $18 flat. Free on orders over $150.
- Express shipping: $35 (1 to 2 business days)
- Cold-pack and insulated mailer included on every shipment
- Tracking number emailed at dispatch
International
Veristas currently ships within the United States only. International availability will be announced via the research log.
Returns & refunds
Because Veristas products are temperature-sensitive research material, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed vials. If a shipment arrives damaged, unsealed, or with a manufacturing defect, contact support@veristas.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will replace or refund verified defects at our discretion.
Lost or undeliverable shipments
If a tracked shipment is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days. If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
